Offkid (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return any item from the date you received it if you are not satisfied. You can try or inspect the item to ensure it meets your expectations.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
